Lakeland, FL, May 31, 2016 – URETEK Holdings, a full-service provider of geotechnical construction and infrastructure rehabilitation services, announced today that it has officially changed its name to Ground Works Solutions, Inc. The new name illustrates the company’s commitment to building upon its current products and services as well as expanding its offerings to meet the challenges of an ever-changing marketplace.
A new logo, marketing message and website (www.groundworkssolutions.com) has been unveiled. “The new logo reflects all aspects of the earth strata that we can strengthen and restore,” said Richard Kelecy, CEO at Ground Works. “The name change better reflects the fact that we have multiple service offerings for soil and infrastructure repair and rehabilitation.”
“We have continued to diversify our portfolio of services to meet the market needs. Our core competency has been utilizing the URETEK processes to stabilize soil under buildings and around infrastructure. However, we recognized the critical needs of the aging US infrastructure, the necessity of also repairing the inside of the structure and the benefits associated with trenchless solutions,” states Cory Carlson, President of Sales.
In 2015, Ground Works partnered with AP/M Permaform for the renewal of the inside of storm and sewer structures using the CentriPipe and Permacast systems. Ground Works also partnered with Inversa Systems for their infrastructure assessment and diagnostic imaging technologies. The purpose was to provide a turnkey solution for its customers and increase their return on investment by maximizing the life of their storm and sanitary sewer systems.
