Tampa, FL – October 2020 – KLH Capital (“KLH” or the “firm”) is pleased to welcome two exceptional professionals to its team to support the continued growth and success of its organization. Sebastian Ix joined the firm as an analyst in August after graduating from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in May and Rick Kerrigan joined KLH as an operating partner in October.
Rick Kerrigan comes to KLH with over 30 years of leadership experience in the fields of operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution and will work with KLH portfolio companies to strengthen their operations and fulfill their strategic objectives. “We have known Rick for over a decade, working with him on various projects over the years, and are humbled that he has agreed to join our team,” said James Darnell, Partner at KLH Capital.
Since August 2019, KLH Capital has added several new professionals taking its total team size from ten to seventeen employees. The additions include Dick Kelecy as Operating Partner, Brian Finn as Chief Compliance Officer and Controller, Stephen Koenig as Associate, Kerri Edwards as VP of Investor Relations and Communications, Chris Reinhart as Associate, and Jacob Meir as Analyst. The growth in personnel is directly correlated with KLH’s successful fundraising of Fund IV in July 2019 which marked the fund’s first fully institutional and SEC registered fund in its history.
Will Dowden, Partner at KLH, explained, “KLH’s success is dependent on the talents of its people and we are extremely excited about the ‘bench of athletes’ we have tapped to help us win. Each has an outstanding background and professional experiences to drive us forward as we build upon our success and grow.”
