Chal Smiley

Chal is responsible for executing transactions, due diligence and financial analysis, and portfolio management. He serves on the board of directors for a number of KLH portfolio companies and is directly responsible for overseeing Miller Integrated Solutions and eTech Environmental & Safety Solutions. He started his career at Crestline Investors, a credit-focused alternative investment firm based in Fort Worth, TX, before moving to Main Street Capital Corporation in Houston, TX. At Main Street, Chal held positions ranging from Associate to Director. Most recently, he has served as the Co-Founder and CEO of RDY. Chal is a CFA Charterholder and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics.
