Brad Gates

Brad works with KLH’s portfolio companies to evaluate, develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results. He also serves as a resource for the portfolio companies to execute special projects, such as sales strategy, pricing initiatives, sales and marketing optimization, geographic expansion, product management, commercial positioning, acquisitions, and overall strategic planning support.
 
Brad has over 20 years of experience managing P&Ls in multinational environments, having lived and held executive positions on three separate continents. He has extensive experience optimizing sales teams and commercialization efforts to drive rapid expansion. Brad has served as President and CEO for several private equity sponsored companies ranging from Capital Safety EMEA, Nautic Global Group, Pure Safety Group, and Structural Concepts. 
 
Brad graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
